Apprentice Receptionist

  • Apprentice Receptionist

We seek to appoint an Apprentice Receptionist to work within our school reception who will be able to make a positive contribution to the day-to-day running of our school. The vacancy will suit a person who is well presented, with strong attention to detail and IT literate who is looking for apprentice level training and who wants to work full-time hours on a term time only basis. This role is initially a fixed term position for around 12 months. The Hart School opened in September 2016, beginning a new era of education for Rugeley. The school replaces Hagley Park Academy, Fair Oak Academy (the 2nd and 3rd most improved schools in Staffordshire over the last four years) and Rugeley Sixth Form Academy. We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate:

  • Has good numeracy/literacy skills

Assistant Site Manager

  • Grade 5
  • £17,419 – £19,430
  • 37 hours per week (whole year)

The Hart School is seeking to appoint an efficient and effective Assistant Site Manager to support the school. The role will ensure that the security and general appearance of the buildings and surrounding areas are maintained in accordance with the required standards.

You will have experience of working in a security, safety, cleaning or maintenance environment. You will be able to use specialist equipment/resources and have the ability to work constructively using own initiative in the absence of senior staff and as part of a team.

The hours of work will be on a shift basis:

6am – 2pm

10am – 6pm

Occasional weekend working with additional payment

Assessment Officer Data & Examinations

We seek to appoint an Assessment Officer (Data & Examinations) to cover a maternity leave for up to 12 months.
