National Tutoring Programme

The National Tutor Programme(NTP) is a scheme recommended, and partly funded, by the Government to assist students’ progress following the periods of lockdowns due to Covid-19. The remaining cost of this tuition is funded by the school.  This means that there are limited places available. We have access to high-quality online tuition from an approved provider, Teaching Personnel, who supply tutors to work with small groups of students out of school time.

All students selected will have a one-hour online session every week, with their assigned tutor, and will be taught in a small group (maximum of 3 students) for a period of 15 weeks.

Based on government funding guidelines, we are only able to offer support in one subject area per child from English, Maths, Science and Modern Foreign Languages.
